  I toured the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Center for Elephant Conservation a few years ago, for a research paper I was writing on asian elephant conservation. It was amazing to see the elephants truly enjoying their beautiful facility. I was greatly impressed to see how well the elephants were cared for and their spacious indoor facilities. I certainly understand why the RBBB Center for Elephant Conservation is not open to the public, in efforts to keep these extravagant animals in a more private area where they are free to roam in natural outdoor areas, come inside out of inclement weather, and interact with each other in efforts to live their best life possible.
